Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing payroll, and managing accounts receivable and payable. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks, as well as strong analytical and organizational skills.

Duties

  • Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Perform account reconciliation and analysis
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
  • Proficient in using accounting software : QuickBooks Desktop
  • Strong knowledge of clerical and bookkeeping procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
