The role will involve full 360 recruitment within our growing Building & Construction division.

Senior Recruitment Consultant - Toronto (Hybrid)

As a Senior Recruitment consultant, you will be assisting in the continued growth of our Building & Construction division.

Responsibilities include

• Hunting for new business opportunities across Ontario
• Continued Lead Generation
• Calling and Meeting prospects weekly within Building & Construction
• Full 360 recruitment
• Involvement in proposal process and developing and pitching proposals
• Negotiating Commercial Terms of Business and Rates
• Account Management and Cross Selling to other internal teams including Sales & Marketing, Technology and Finance

Profile

Bilingual Senior Recruitment Consultant - Toronto (Hybrid)

• A minimum of 2 years successful 360 Recruitment Sales (Business to Business) experience
• Ability to work 3 days in-office in Toronto (2 days from home)
• Proven Business Development experience
• Experience recruiting into the Building & Construction market would be an asset
• An ambitious individual with a driven attitude
• Bilingual (English & French) would be an asset

Job Offer

A base salary of up to $75,000

Uncapped commission

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum 2+ years recruitment experience (business to business)

Ability to work from a downtown Toronto office location 3 days per week.

Strong Business Development skills

Ability to manage your time effectively

Recruitment experience within Construction, Tech or Finance would be an asset.

Bilingual (English & French) would be an asset
