Security Site Supervisor

Location: Dawson Creek, BC

Securiguard Services is seeking an experienced Security Site Supervisor to lead a team of Security Professionals on a temporary full-time assignment in Dawson Creek.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, ensuring site requirements are met, and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security personnel
• Ensure all site procedures and standards are followed
• Review daily reports and site documentation
• Respond to incidents and operational concerns
• Assist with scheduling and maintaining shift coverage
• Conduct site inspections and audits
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to staff
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with client representatives and stakeholders
• Ensure all security operations are conducted safely and professionally

Qualifications

• Valid BC Security Worker Licence
• Valid OFA Level 1 Certification
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in security preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Professional report-writing skills
• Ability to effectively manage people and priorities in a dynamic environment
• Strong attendance record and commitment to professionalism
• Must be able to pass a criminal record check

Salary: $26.00 - $27.50 per hour
