Position Description

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION) in the COMMANDING OFFICER, COMMAND OPERATIONS DEPT, HUMAN CAPITAL MGMT DIV, CLASSIFICATION BR of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will provide position management and classification support to assigned organizations under various personnel systems.
• You will provide advice and assistance on automated personnel programs.
• You will advise management concerning group effects of organizational change.
• You will undertake special studies/research for assigned area on problems that relate to position management, organizational structure and classification.
