Position Profile
Reporting to the Manager, Technology Services, the Client Technology Analyst will be responsible for responding to end user support inquiries, assessing problems and issues with hardware, operating systems and applications. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
This is an 8-month full-time temporary position based in our Calgary Corporate Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and remote Service Desk support to office and field users
- Administration and support for user access and application provisioning
- Support Microsoft 365 applications and related productivity software
- Support Teams voice services and provisioning
- Client hardware deployment and support
- Meeting room AV, video conference support
- Support end user mobility connectivity and applications
- New user onboarding and training
- Leverage ITSM tool to steward and document the timely fulfillment of service requests and resolution of incidents
- Develop and document knowledgebase articles to increase effectiveness of self-service portal
- Document Service Desk procedures, identify problems with services, manage client technology changes and enhancements
- Support print services in the corporate and field offices
- Assist with network and server support
- Participate in Information Services projects
- On call and field travel may be required periodically
Required Skills, Experience & Education:
- A diploma or degree in computer science, networking, or related field
- Relevant Service Desk or Deskside support experience
- Microsoft O365 application suite experience
- Working knowledge of Windows 11 operating system
- Understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD
- Understanding of basic networking
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to establish and maintain good relations with employees at all levels within the organization
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and efficiently prioritize work to meet deadlines
- A friendly attitude, a team player and a strong desire to learn
- Ability to travel to the United States and Saskatchewan
