High Risk Youth Support Worker – Calgary

High Risk Support Workers are integral members of our High-Risk Youth Support Homes. They
participate in all aspects of program life and are responsible for the daily care, wellness, and supervision of
our residents. Though this position works within one home, High-Risk Youth Support Workers are expected to
support colleagues at adjacent programs, when necessary. This position requires morning, evening, overnight
and weekend availability, plus statutory holidays. Shifts are generally 7:00am to 3:00pm; 3:00pm to 11:00pm;
11:00pm to 7:00am. Occasional shifts exceeding 8 hours are scheduled during periods of high activity and for
coverage in special circumstances.
