I’m a bilingual social media expert who specializes in organic social media strategy, content creation, community management and reporting. Helping businesses take the guesswork out of social media is what drives me, whether that means a full strategic plan, answering all your comments and messages or helping your existing team up their social media game.

My background is in journalism, but I fell hard for social media when I discovered I could get paid to resolve customers’ issues and answer questions on social. Social engagement is an art and it’s not as easy as it looks. I’ve worked with multinational corporations that have gone through recalls and PR crises, and I have a special knack for handling dissatisfied customers. At the same time, I really shine when I get to engage with happy fans!

I’ve worked with established brands as well as small businesses that are just starting out. I love the challenge of growing a social following or increasing engagement. Since every client is different, I’m a strong believer in figuring out what works best for each individual client by trying new things.

I work primarily with consumer packaged goods (CPG) clients that need an organic social media strategy, help with their social media content creation (copy + photography/design) or community management. I also provide social media training for corporate clients and organizations.
