Under the responsibility of the Project Manager, the Site Clerk assists in the management of administrative tasks on the site and provides overall assistance to the project management team.
RESPONSABILITIES AND DUTIES
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project management team;
- Tracking internal/external changes to the abbreviated subcontract on the Procore application;
- Processing of the management team's timesheets;
- Cost tracking of certain subcontractors;
- Order office supplies, track inventory and track costs;
- Event planning (reservations, meals, etc.);
- Internal follow-up and follow-up with subcontractors in connection with the documentation required for the Investment Tax Credit (ITC) for clean technologies;
- Development and maintenance of various administrative follow-up files;
- Organization and management of documentation;
- Perform all other administrative tasks.
This role could be for you if you have
- Diploma of Collegial Studies in Administration;
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in construction administration is an asset;
- Good command of the Office Suite;
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written French;
- Intermediate proficiency in spoken and written English to interact with suppliers and colleagues at the national level. Must be able to draft communications and review documents in English.
- Good organizational skills;
- Great administrative rigour, attention to detail;
- Discretion;
- Multitasking and efficiency.
