What you will do

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading daily warehouse and logistics operations while ensuring compliance with cGMP, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. This role oversees receiving, inventory management, shipping, storage, material movement, and distribution activities to support operational and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, shipping, transfers, and distribution.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through effective inventory control practices, cycle counting, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Support the distribution of finished goods and bulk product transfers to meet established schedules.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, cGMP requirements, import/export regulations, and quality standards.
  • Manage relationships with transportation providers, customs brokers, third-party logistics providers, and external warehouses.
  • Serve as the warehouse Subject Matter Expert (SME) during audits and inspections.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage warehouse operating budgets, including supplies, equipment maintenance, training, and fleet-related expenditures.
  • Oversee Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV) fleet maintenance, scheduling, and replacement planning.
  • Drive process improvements, Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, and cost-saving projects to improve operational performance.
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships and provide operational feedback to site leadership.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience managing receiving, inventory control, shipping, warehousing, and material movement activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational performance in a manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with SAP or comparable ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes across multiple teams.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, OTC, consumer packaged goods (CPG), food manufacturing, or other regulated industries.
  • Previous people leadership experience with direct reports.
  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing vendor, carrier, transportation, and third-party logistics relationships.
  • Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Kaizen experience.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$92,600.00 - $142,600.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
