CFM is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Coordinator to join our team. This position will report to the Quality Assurance Manager you will provide administrative and coordination support, helping to maintain quality systems, documentation, reporting, and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring records are accurate, organized, and audit-ready while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Control, maintain, and organize quality documentation, records, and files.
- Format and manage quality procedures, work instructions, forms, and related documents.
- Prepare reports and assist in the development of presentations, metrics, and quality summaries.
- Ensure quality logs, databases, and tracking systems are current, accurate, and audit-ready .
- Support regulatory application processes by preparing and maintaining required documentation.
- Track non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and closure activities, following up with responsible stakeholders as needed.
- Assist with internal and external audit preparation and documentation requirements.
- Maintain document control processes and ensure records are retained in accordance with company requirements.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Quality team.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through documentation, tracking, and reporting activities.
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years supporting quality systems, document control, regulatory compliance, or administrative functions in a manufacturing, fabrication and/or construction industry.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint as well as Adobe Pro and SharePoint.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills .
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Internal auditing experience is considered an asset.
- Experience with document management systems, quality management systems, or regulated environments is considered an asset. Working knowledge of industry terminology (RFIs, NCRs, CARs, ITPs, etc ).

Salary Range: $44,000 - $67,000
