Overview
We are seeking a highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and day-to-day management of our brand initiatives and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies. This role sits at the intersection of marketing execution and production support. It is designed for a master organiser who thrives on keeping projects moving, following up on deliverables, and ensuring that creative concepts are successfully operationalised and launched across both DTC and B2B channels.
Working within an agile, fast-moving team, you will act as the day-to-day operational support and partner to our Creative Director and Brand Team, ensuring projects are tracked flawlessly and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. GTM & Campaign Coordination (DTC & B2B)
- Cross-Channel Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of comprehensive GTM strategies for seasonal campaigns and product launches across both DTC and B2B channels.
- Timeline Maintenance: Maintain and rigorously update master timelines, integrated marketing calendars, and deliverable trackers to keep cross-functional teams aligned.
- Follow-Up & Accountability: Act as the primary point of contact for daily follow-ups on task completions, ensuring internal teams and external partners meet project milestones.
2. Day-to-Day Creative & Brand Partnership
- Creative Team Alliance: Partner closely on a day-to-day basis with the Creative Director and Brand Team to facilitate smooth workflows and clear up project roadblocks.
- Production & Logistics Support: Assist with production schedules and logistics from initial concept through final delivery.
- Partner Coordination: Coordinate logistics for external partners (freelance creatives, agencies, talent), including onboarding, travel arrangements, schedules, and asset delivery.
3. Operational & Budgetary Support
- Financial Tracking: Meticulously track production costs, organise invoices, update budget trackers, and route financial documents for approval.
- Workflow Optimisation: Help monitor internal workflows and production processes, identifying bottlenecks to maximise team efficiency.
- Agile Support: Maintain a hands-on, "no task too small" attitude, stepping in to support the lean team wherever necessary to ensure project success.
4. Content, Asset, & Global Coordination
- Asset Management: Oversee the organisation and maintenance of digital asset libraries, ensuring seamless and organised file sharing with external partners.
- Cross-Channel Rollout: Assist the digital team in organising and preparing content assets for rollout across web, email, and social platforms.
- Global Coordination: Assist in gathering, organising, and tracking international marketing opportunities from global partners to present to leadership.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or creative production support.
- GTM & Channel Knowledge: Experience supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) rollouts; familiarity with the distinct nuances of DTC and B2B marketing workflows is highly valued.
- Organisational Excellence: Outstanding project management and organisational skills, with a proven ability to track multiple moving parts simultaneously.
- Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build seamless working partnerships with a Creative Director and brand stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for daily follow-ups with vendors, creators, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, lean team environment; highly resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
- Languages: fluent in English and French, additional languages are a plus.
Location: the role is Based in Montreal, Quebec, this position offers a hybrid schedule combining in-office and remote work.
