- Inventory Control & Optimization: Optimize warehouse layout and pick locations, lead regular cycle counts, manage stock accuracy within systems, and assist with logistics for our busy Events Team.
- Daily Operations & Problem-Solving: Proactively resolve daily bottlenecks (carrier delays, seasonal volume spikes). Organize/prioritize time-sensitive orders and troubleshoot warehouse systems/equipment.
- Safety & Community Engagement: Model and promote a proactive health and safety culture. Ensure safe power equipment operation, uphold provincial compliance, and maintain high standards of warehouse housekeeping.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment, including at least 2 years of direct supervisory experience motivating and scheduling teams.
- Education: Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Leadership, Supply Chain, Logistics (or a related field), or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
