Bistro Chef to lead our culinary operations, delivering an exceptional dining experience to our valued guests and hardworking team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Bring a warm, friendly attitude to the kitchen, making the bistro a favorite spot for both dealership customers and our staff.
  • Menu Excellence & Culinary Creativity: Design and prepare creative, high-quality menus, complete meals, and specialty items that surprise and delight our guests.
  • Kitchen Pride & Cleanliness: Maintain impeccable hygiene and organization standards, ensuring all food prep areas, equipment, and utensils are spotless and organized.
  • Smart Inventory & Cost Management: Manage weekly inventory checks, handle product ordering/purchasing efficiently, and keep accurate records of food costs and sales to maximize profitability.
  • Operational Flow: Seamlessly balance day-to-day cooking with administrative tasks (like supply requisition and food cost tracking) to keep the bistro running smoothly.
  • Supply Runs: Safely handle off-site supply trips as needed to source fresh, local ingredients.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Culinary Expertise: Formal culinary training and proven experience running or working in a professional kitchen.
  • A Self-Starter Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to take full ownership of the bistro’s daily success.
  • Excellent People Skills: Outstanding communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Adaptable & Creative: Familiarity with a wide range of cuisines, a passion for culinary innovation, and the flexibility to adapt to changing trends or customer preferences.
  • Requirements: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (for supply runs). Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on dealership events.
