Range: $18.50 - $28.50

We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to work as part of a large Compliance & Investigations department. The Corporate Investigations department consists of two teams: Forensic & General Investigations. You will gain real-world experience of Corporate Investigations by undertaking analytical work relating to high-risk customers, partnering with Field Investigators, and conducting case management work.

YOUR ROLE IN THE GAME

Reporting to the Corporate Investigations & AML Manager, you will be empowered to:

  • File Management duties for Lottery Investigations
  • Review files for escalation to Ontario Provincial Police
  • Support Lottery Field Investigators
  • Support GIU Coordinator with workflow, case management tasks and file reviews
  • Support AML Intelligence team with workflow and case management tasks
  • Administrative tasks relating to Lottery and AML Investigations

What You Bring To The Game

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program with a focus in Police Foundations, Protection, Security and Investigations, Law & Justice, Criminology, or a related field
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to self-motivate with a desire to learn new skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams, Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook

Licenses, Registrations, Certificates

AGCO Category 2 Gaming Assistant Registration (Initiated at offer stage - employment is conditional upon obtaining and maintaining this license)
