Bookkeeper

Retail business located at Avenue Road and Lawrence.

We have an immediate opening for an experienced (minimum 5 years ) hands-on professional bookkeeper. This is a Monday to Friday in person position (no hybrid or remote). Excellent communication in English is required .The integral position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including:

x Daily checking of sales reports

× General ledger entries

× Daily and monthly spreadsheets

× Bi-weekly payroll (ADP)

× Produce trial balance and operating statements

× Supervising other office employee

× Other accounting functions as required

You must be a dynamic, energetic individual able to multitask with the ability to see the big picture. The successful candidate will have excellent written, computer, and oral communication skills; prefer 3-5 years in similar role, a good working knowledge of accounting software (Eclipse) - or able to learn new software programs quickly.
