Location: University of Toronto (Downtown Campus)

Start Date: September 2026

Caffe'in is currently seeking one Full-Time and multiple Part-Time Barista to join our growing team.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced campus environment.

Qualifications

College Diploma or higher
Previous customer service experience (experience in coffee shops, food service, or retail is preferred)
Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Able to work efficiently and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Able to maintain professionalism and provide exceptional customer service during peak periods and long customer lineups
Comfortable performing daily inventory checks, stock counting, and restocking duties
Legally authorized to work in Canada
