What You'll Do
- Perform high-quality venipuncture and specimen collection
- Ensure accurate specimen handling, labeling, and documentation
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain infection prevention and quality assurance standards
- Assist in creating a welcoming, efficient clinic environment
- Work collaboratively with our healthcare team
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience (required)
- Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)
- Excellent venipuncture skills and patient interaction
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using electronic medical records and computer systems
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical setting
