• 5–7 years of CNC machining experience
• Ability to program and operate a variety of CNC machines
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Positive attitude, team player, and solid work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Journeyperson Machinist ticket is a strong asset
