About the Role

Cedarglen Homes, a leader in residential home building, is looking for a Service Coordinator to manage warranty service requests and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and customer-focused, with an interest in home construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle warranty and service inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with homeowners, trades, and internal teams.
  • Problem-solve and negotiate solutions while fostering strong relationships.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in warranty service and customer support (administration, documentation, follow-ups, and negotiations).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with urgency and adaptability.
  • Post-secondary education and computer proficiency are assets.
  • Industry experience is preferred.
