Director of Services (1-year contract)

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate professional to join our team on a one-year contract and
help strengthen the impact of mentoring across Niagara.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have experience in:
- Program development and continuous improvement
- Leading and coaching high-performing teams
- Project coordination and cross-functional collaboration
- Grant writing and grant management
- Relationship building with community partners, funders, and other interested and affected
- parties
- Volunteer recruitment, engagement, and retention
- Using data to evaluate outcomes and inform decision-making

Position Specifics
- One-year maternity leave contract
- Anticipated start date of September 8, 2026
- Work locations will vary between various office locations throughout Niagara and in-community
- Full time 37.5 hours per week
