Organizational Change Manager

We're Hiring: Organizational Change Manager (Senior)

Location: Edmonton, AB (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

We are seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Change Manager to lead organizational change initiatives for a large-scale Procurement System Modernization program. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and enterprise ERP transformations.

Develop and execute organizational change management strategies and plans

Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments

Create and deliver executive-level presentations and communications

Develop communication, training, and resistance management plans

Partner with project teams, business leaders, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders

Monitor adoption, measure success metrics, and drive continuous improvement

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessions

Identify and mitigate change-related risks and issues

Leverage AI-enabled collaboration tools to enhance change management activities where appropriate

Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

5+ years of experience developing change strategies, communication plans, stakeholder impact assessments, and readiness programs

4+ years of experience with change management methodologies and ERP transformation initiatives (Finance, HCM/Payroll, Supply Chain, etc.)

Strong consultation, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills

Experience presenting to executives, sponsors, steering committees, managers, and end users

Prosci, APMG, CMI, or equivalent Change Management certification

Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or NotebookLM for change management activities

Public sector experience

Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other enterprise ERP implementations

Knowledge of digital adoption platforms and stakeholder engagement strategies
