Wholesale Travel Designer

The Opportunity

As a Travel Designer – Wholesale, you will work closely with international tour operators and destination experts to design highly customized itineraries throughout Canada and Alaska.

From the initial enquiry through final documentation, you will guide each booking with accuracy, creativity, and responsiveness, helping our clients deliver memorable journeys for their travellers.

Success in this role comes from understanding each partner’s market, products, service expectations, and operational requirements—and consistently delivering accurate, timely, and commercially sound travel solutions.

The successful candidate will become a trusted advisor to international tour operators, known for delivering creative itineraries, responsive service, and long-term business relationships that contribute to the continued growth of Discover Holidays.

What You'll Do

· Work closely with international tour operators and travel partners to design customized Canada and Alaska itineraries.

· Develop a thorough understanding of each client's business, products, markets, and operational requirements.

· Design creative and commercially viable itineraries tailored to individual client requests.

· Provide destination insight and product recommendations that help tour operators create exceptional travel experiences while achieving their commercial objectives.

· Manage bookings from quotation through confirmation, documentation, amendments, and post-travel support.

· Build long-term relationships through responsive communication, reliability, and exceptional service.

· Collaborate with Product, Foundations, Operations, and Business Development teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.

· Stay informed on destination developments, new products, supplier updates, and industry trends.

· Use our technology platforms and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and enhance the client experience.

· Contribute to Discover Holidays' continued growth by delivering exceptional service and strengthening relationships with our international clients.
