The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape construction and be eager to contribute to a variety of outdoor construction projects. ## Responsibilities

• Assist with the construction of decks, fences, retaining walls, and paver patios.
• Plant trees, shrubs, and other landscape materials.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Assist with site preparation, excavation, grading, and cleanup.
• Follow directions from the Foreman and Crew Lead.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform general labour duties as required. ## Required Experience Applicants should have experience in:
• Deck construction
• Fence construction
• Retaining wall installation
• Paver patio installation
• Tree and shrub planting ## Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year of landscape construction experience preferred.
• Ability to use common construction and landscaping tools.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Valid driver's license is an asset.
• Equipment operating experience is an asset but not required. ## Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday. ## Compensation
