• Earn $67.97–$86.47+ per hour, plus an additional 75% commission on additional treatment modalities, including:

• Hot Stone Massage
• Cupping
• Indian Head massage
• Reiki
• Consistent patient demand with full schedules and predictable income

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional massage therapy treatments tailored to each patient's needs
• Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate SOAP notes in accordance with CMTO standards
• Educate patients on home care and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

• Registered with the CMTO and in good standing (or planning to write your registration exams soon)
• Covered by current professional liability insurance
• Passionate about helping people improve their quality of life
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
• An excellent communicator who enjoys building long-term client relationships

Experience in sports massage, chronic pain, prenatal care, rehabilitation, or working in a multidisciplinary clinic is an asset, but not required.
