Work Arrangement: Full-time, Onsite (Monday–Friday)

Working Hours: Standard business hours

Stafingo is seeking an experienced Intermediate IT Change Manager to support a major enterprise Procurement System Modernization initiative within a large public sector organization. This role will play a key part in leading organizational change, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption activities to ensure the successful implementation of a large-scale enterprise solution.

About the Opportunity

This position will support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives by developing and executing organizational change management (OCM) strategies, communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities, readiness assessments, and adoption plans.

The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, business leaders, operational stakeholders, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure the successful implementation and sustained adoption of new technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies and implementation plans
  • Conduct stakeholder identification, stakeholder analysis, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Perform organizational readiness assessments and change impact assessments
  • Develop communication strategies, communication plans, and end-user communications
  • Create engaging communication materials, presentations, and awareness campaigns
  • Build and implement resistance management plans
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, meetings, and change discussions
  • Support project managers with project planning, work plans, scheduling, and resource coordination
  • Monitor change risks and issues and recommend mitigation strategies
  • Track adoption metrics, success measures, and change performance indicators
  • Collaborate with business leaders, operational teams, vendors, and cross-functional project teams
  • Provide ongoing change management guidance throughout project delivery and post-implementation sustainment
  • Support rollout of enterprise technology solutions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Leverage digital collaboration and AI-enabled tools where appropriate to improve communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Prepare executive presentations and briefing materials

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience delivering Organizational Change Management (OCM) for enterprise IT projects

Preferred Experience

  • Public sector experience
  • Experience supporting ERP, procurement, finance, HR, or enterprise business system implementations
  • Experience working within structured project management and organizational change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting enterprise software adoption and sustainment initiatives
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and modern digital communication platforms
