Carpenter – Industrial (Concrete Forming)

Location: Edmonton & Area

TES Industrial (a division of TES Group Inc.) is hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters to support industrial construction projects in the Edmonton region.

TES Group provides construction, maintenance, and technical services across Western Canada, focusing on steam, power, and process facilities. We are committed to safety, quality, and efficient project delivery.

Key Duties

• Build and install concrete formwork (walls, columns, slabs, decks)
• Read blueprints and determine layout and forming requirements
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood and forming materials
• Install bracing, shoring, and supports
• Assist with concrete pours and ensure form stability
• Strip and clean forms after curing
• Mentor and supervise apprentices
• Follow all safety procedures and site policies

Requirements

• Journeyman Carpenter Certification
• Strong experience in industrial concrete forming
• CSTS-2020 and CSO (ESC) required
• Valid safety tickets (Confined Space, Fall Protection, H2S Alive) are assets
• Reliable transportation to Edmonton-area sites
• Must supply personal tools
