Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee hospitality and commercial renovation projects across Ontario. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, safety-focused, and capable of managing day-to-day site operations while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

This role is best suited for someone with hands-on construction experience who thrives in fast-paced renovation environments and can effectively coordinate trades, deliveries, schedules, and site logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site operations for hospitality and commercial renovation projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and on-site activities
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
  • Perform and oversee daily site cleanup
  • Document daily site progress, including reports, photos, and project updates
  • Coordinate deliveries and ensure materials are received, organized, and available on site when needed
  • Assist with material procurement and site logistics
  • Implement and enforce OSHA and workplace safety guidelines and procedures
  • Identify and resolve site issues proactively to maintain project schedules
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and trades.
  • Assist with quantity takeoffs using CAD software when required
  • Support rough carpentry and general site work as needed

Education

  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Canadian construction experience
  • Experience in hospitality renovations or commercial interior renovations (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members professionally
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required by the role
  • Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience supervising or leading a team is (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Ability to use CAD software for quantity takeoffs and basic construction review
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Work Location: Renovation project locations on as needed basis. Currently London based.
