We're a holding company growing a portfolio of ecommerce brands. We buy good businesses and scale them with strong systems and sharp marketing. We're hiring our first dedicated growth hire to own the day-to-day across two brands, with a clear path to running growth for an eight-figure operation as the portfolio grows.

This is not a campaign-coordinator seat and it's not a narrow specialist lane. This is a growth role. You look at the numbers, figure out which step of the funnel is broken, and go build the fix. Some days that's a new batch of Facebook ads. Some days it's a new email flow or a fresh offer. You own the whole loop: diagnose, build, ship, measure, repeat.

The person who thrives here is a self-learner who teaches themselves new tools before anyone asks, thinks in offers and funnels, and wants real ownership instead of a to-do list. If that's you, keep reading.

The core of the job

You'll run this loop every week, across both brands:

Read the numbers and find the broken step. You live in the data. You know whether this week's problem is an acquisition problem (traffic, creative, conversion rate, AOV) or a retention problem (repeat rate, email and SMS revenue, flow performance, churn). You diagnose before you build.

Build the fix. Once you know what's broken, you go make the thing that fixes it. You are hands-on and in the tools every day. This is a build role, not a delegate-everything role.

What you'll own

Acquisition creative. You own the creative pipeline for paid social, 15-20 new pieces per week. You write the creative briefs, you write the ad copy, and you use our AI tools to build the ads themselves. You hand final design polish to our designer and coordinate with our media buyer on what to test and scale, but the concepts, the copy, and the builds come from you. You're the engine.

Email and SMS. You own Klaviyo strategy across both brands. You design the offers and flows, write the campaign copy, and deliver a monthly campaign calendar. You direct a contractor to execute the technical build in Klaviyo, but the strategy, the offers, and the words are yours.

Offers and funnels. This is the heart of the role. You're the person who looks at a product and knows what offer will make a customer buy and what path will get them there. Everything else is in service of this.

AI systems. You use our AI systems to move fast, and you make them better over time. You build workflows and automations so the whole operation gets lighter and faster every quarter.

The weekly report. You run the weekly performance reporting system and deliver one clear report to the founder every week: what you built, what shipped, what moved. We work through every open issue together in that meeting, then you go execute.

Whatever moves the number. Smaller tasks come up. You stay flexible.

The team around you

You're the first growth hire, but you're not alone. You'll coordinate with a designer, and a media buyer. Your job is to be the brain that directs that work and does the core building yourself. You are the glue between the idea and the shipped result.

How we measure success

You'll know exactly what winning looks like:

  • Creative volume: 15-20 new pieces per week, briefed, written, and built by you.
  • Scaling: grow spend roughly 10-15% per week while holding MER targets.
  • Email and SMS: at least 25% of revenue on each brand, with deliverability held at 75 or above.
  • Brand performance: protect MER targets as we scale.
  • Systems: AI workflows and automations that make all of the above faster every quarter.
  • The weekly loop: one clear report every week, delivered to the founder. We surface every open issue, work through it live, and you go execute.

You're a fit if you have

  • A real instinct for offers and funnels. You understand why customers buy and how to structure the path that converts them. This is the one thing we can't teach, so it matters most.
  • Sharp copywriting. You can write an ad and an email that sells.
  • Hands-on command of AI content and AI video tools. You build with them daily.
  • Real Klaviyo experience, hands in the account, not just oversight.
  • Comfort living in the numbers and making the call on what to build next.
  • Shopify experience.

    Early in your career is fine. Hungry and self-taught beats credentialed and passive. We care about how you think and what you've actually moved.

    The growth path

    This starts as a hands-on execution and strategy role and grows into full growth leadership as we add brands. We're looking for someone who wants that seat and is willing to earn it.

    Remote. $2000-$5000 USD per month depending on experience.
