Inside Sales Coordinator | Orangeville, ON

Acara Solutions is hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator for a reputable and growing industrial company in Orangeville, ON.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, managing quotes, following up on open requests, coordinating with suppliers, and learning a technical industry from the ground up.

This is not a typical call centre role. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting customer inquiries, preparing quotes, coordinating parts and service requests, and helping ensure customers receive timely, accurate, and reliable support.

The company is looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in sales, with the opportunity to grow into outside sales / business development over time.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responding to customer emails, calls, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Preparing and following up on quotes for parts and service requests
  • Gathering details such as pricing, availability, lead times, part numbers, and order requirements
  • Coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to keep customer requests moving
  • Tracking customer activity, quote status, and follow-ups in CRM/ERP systems
  • Supporting customer check-ins and identifying opportunities for additional business
  • Learning the technical and commercial side of the business with direct support from leadership and the technical team

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, order desk, quotations, parts coordination, service coordination, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, distribution, equipment, parts, construction supply, or technical environment is an asset
  • Strong communication skills by phone and email
  • Excellent follow-up, organization, and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an asset
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • A customer-first mindset and willingness to learn technical products
  • Interest in growing into sales or business development long-term
