Job Title: Abrasive Blaster/Painter/Quality Control/Supervision

Location: Various locations throughout

Alberta & British Columbia, including Fort McMurray, Edmonton (surrounding area) Vancouver, Prince Rupert and Squamish

Anticipated Start Date: August 1, 2026, and ongoing

Job Type: Seasonal with opportunities for full-time employment

Schedule: Various rotational and standard schedules, averaging

40-60 hours per week, depending on project requirements

Salary: $24.56-$49.11 per hour

Note: Quality Control/ Supervision roles are subject to higher rates based on experience, certifications, and applicable qualifications

What You’ll Do

■ Shutdowns/Turnarounds

■ Facility maintenance

■ Abrasive blasting

■ Brush & rolling paint

■ Confined space access

■ Spray painting (airless and plural)

■ Manual lifting

■ Working at heights

■ Note* Quality Control and Leadership positions require a different set of qualifications and competencies

What You Need to Have

■ Construction & labour experience *Willing to hire and develop entry level workers to support project staffing requirements

■ Industrial/commercial painting experience

■ Safety training such as Energy Safety Canada H2S, Confined Space, Fall Protection an asset
