Resident Manager Couple Wanted – Halifax, NS

MetCap Living Management Inc. is seeking a full-time, live-in Resident Manager Couple to join our team at our apartment community located at 200 Willett Street, Halifax, NS.

This opportunity is ideal for a couple who enjoys working together as a team and is interested in building a career in property management. The successful candidates will receive a 2-bedroom apartment as part of the compensation package, along with a competitive benefits package.

Previous experience in resident management, cleaning, maintenance, or property management (preferred)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right couple who are reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.

Location: 200 Willett Street, Halifax, NS (Clayton Park Community)

This role offers the opportunity to manage a 126-unit apartment community while working with an experienced and supportive property management team.
