The Sales Clerk - Front Shop plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth retail operation within the front shop environment. Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic numeracy skills and the ability to operate a cash register or point-of-sale system.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a retail environment within the Canadian market.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail software.
- Bilingual abilities, particularly in English and French, to serve a diverse customer base.
- Training or certification in customer service or sales techniques.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products and answering their inquiries.
- Operate cash registers to process sales transactions accurately and handle various payment methods.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management to ensure product availability.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise, verifying deliveries against purchase orders.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally and in accordance with store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
