About the Role
As our Product Specialist – Professional Audio & Music Technology, you'll become the trusted technical resource for our dealer network.
Rather than simply selling products, you'll help customers understand technology, recommend complete solutions, deliver product demonstrations, and build lasting relationships.
This is a consultative role that combines product expertise, customer support, training, and business development.
What You'll Do
- Support music retailers and dealers across Canada.
- Respond to technical inquiries by phone, Teams, Zoom, and email.
- Prepare quotations and product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Build long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Visit dealers monthly or bi-monthly.
- Support product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Represent ADI Pro at trade shows and industry events.

We're looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in areas such as:
- Professional Audio
- Music Technology
- Music Retail
- Live Sound
- Recording Studios
- Technical Support
- Technical Sales
- Distribution
Technical knowledge of any of the following is considered an asset:
- Mixing consoles
- Loudspeakers
- Studio monitors
- Wireless microphones
- Audio interfaces
- Recording workflows
- DAWs (Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Cubase, Reaper)
- Podcast production
Requirements
- Perfect bilingualism (French & English)
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle to make on-site customer visits
