Walking Tour Guide

Niagara Falls Discovery Tours is looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Walking Tour Guide to join our team and help visitors experience the beauty, history, and stories of Niagara Falls.

As a Walking Tour Guide, you will lead guests through Niagara’s iconic attractions, share local stories and historical insights, answer questions, and create memorable experiences for travelers from around the world.

Responsibilities

Lead scheduled walking tours and engage guests with interesting commentary

Share Niagara Falls history, local facts, and hidden gems

Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service

Ensure guest safety, comfort, and an enjoyable experience

Coordinate with the operations team to maintain smooth tour schedules

Promote additional tour experiences and collect guest feedback

Qualifications

Strong communication and presentation skills

Friendly, confident, and comfortable leading groups

Customer service or hospitality experience preferred

Interest in Niagara Falls history and local culture

Ability to walk outdoors and work flexible hours (including weekends/holidays)

Additional languages are an asset

Location: Niagara Falls, Ontario

Position: Part-Time / On-Site
