Job Duties
1. Administration of internal and external exams and maintenance of their security following appropriate protocols, including appropriate certifications for the delivery of various exams including Accuplacer, GED, Yardstick, WebCT, LaserGrade and other online exams.
2. Issue invoices and collect fees according to financial protocols.
3. Work independently and cooperatively with faculty, staff, students and external clientele while providing quality customer service.
4. Book accommodated exams for equity students in a confidential manner.
5. Troubleshoot IT issues during online exams.
6. Contribute to the compiling of statistical data and reports on a monthly basis and ensure records management and confidentiality protocols are followed.
7. Build strong knowledge base of online booking system.
8. Respond in a timely and effective manner to instances of academic misconduct.
9. Perform common office procedures, such as operating office equipment, filing, distributing incoming/outgoing mail, photocopying and receptionist duties, marking exams with the Scantron machine.
10. Assist with projects and other duties as assigned.

1. Business certificate from a recognized educational institute or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
2. One year of recent, relevant experience working in an office environment using computerized office equipment.
3. Ability to earn and maintain multiple individual certifications and re-certifications.
4. Demonstrated ability to learn and utilize multiple IT platforms and programs.
5. Ability to work effectively as a team member in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
6. Effective interpersonal, communication (listening, verbal and written), and customer service skills.
7. Ability to uphold policies and procedures, even in difficult situations.
8. Effective organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
