Key Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians during examinations and procedures
• Handle and restrain animals safely and compassionately
• Clean and maintain surgical areas, kennels, and equipment to ensure hygienic workspace
• Feed and monitor animals in care
• Provide excellent customer service to pet owners, including answering questions

What we are looking for

• Completion of a Veterinary Assistant Diploma preferred
• Hands on experience in a veterinary clinic preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage animals safely and confidently
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
