As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for helping deliver a positive client experience through accurate and timely administration of CINUP group benefit plans. This includes processing enrolments, changes, and terminations; keeping records up to date; applying payments; reviewing information for accuracy and completeness; and following up on client accounts or missing details when needed. You will also support clients, advisors, and plan administrators by handling telephone and email inquiries, facilitating training for online platforms such as my-benefits, and working with internal teams to ensure service is consistent, helpful, and reliable.
