Maintenance Encare, Part Time

• Perform regular maintenance on the facility including changing light bulbs, carpentry, painting, minor drywall repair, minor plumbing and tile repair
• Repairing Interior walls, installing drywall for repair or replacement
• Inspect the facility and other structures to detect malfunctions, furniture maintenance and conduct repairs accordingly.
• Operation and maintenance of campus waste compactors and transporting and arrangement of waste dumpsters around campus (from compactor to truck collection points).
• General troubleshooting of equipment and systems as a first assessment prior to engaging partner contractors (e.g. assessing HVAC equipment prior to calling in 3rd party HVAC repair)
• Supports on-call coverage on nights and weekend for a 7-day period (rotation every 2-3 weeks). Available by phone and to attend campus if needed to support maintenance issues/emergencies.
• Ad-Hoc duties such as Window and door repairs, mounting curtain poles, track and fixture shelves
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned
