    • Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy requests
    • Contract management
    • Manage the procurement process for the school division
    • Maintain/develop administrative procedures as necessary
    • Division information management – including implementing/maintaining processes for security, access and destruction of information
    • Implement/maintain asset management structure and controls for the school division
    • Project management on a range of division initiatives
    • Develop and implement risk mitigation processes throughout the division
    The ideal candidate will have
    • A Bachelor of Commerce or Administration degree (an acceptable combination of education and experience may be considered)
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Experience in a role of similar scope
    • Experience with relevant legislation and regulations governing public sector or educational institution.
