Business Development Manager

We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – Mississauga, ON

Climate Works Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help expand our presence throughout the Mississauga and GTA market.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating new opportunities, and making a direct impact on business growth. You'll play a key role in growing our Residential HVAC & Plumbing division while developing strategic partnerships within the Restoration and Insurance industries.

What you'll bring:

A proven track record in business development and sales

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a market

Experience within residential services, restoration, insurance, or property management (considered a strong asset)

A results-driven approach and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and executing business growth strategies across the Mississauga/GTA market

• Building long-term relationships with restoration companies, insurance adjusters, property managers, home builders, and residential clients

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community involvement

• Representing Climate Works at industry events and within the local business community

• Working closely with our operations team to ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
