Job Overview
Are you interested in helping shape and execute the marketing strategy of a growing Canadian company?
We are currently seeking a dynamic, creative, self-motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Communications Specialist. This position is critical to the continued growth of our business and will be responsible for managing corporate communications, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and relationships with external partners.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will work closely with the General Manager, Sales Team, and President to support the ongoing evolution of our brand and business.
This job is located in LONDON, ONTARIO.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initial concept and creative brief through to launch and execution.
- Develop and execute corporate communication initiatives, including press releases, newsletters, and internal communications.
- Manage and grow Bristol Sinks' social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Coordinate, create, and distribute content for social media and email marketing campaigns.
- Support brand development and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all communications reflect the company's brand standards and voice.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist with the development of marketing collateral, product launches, catalogues, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with external partners, including designers, photographers, videographers, and PR agencies.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Creative and design experience is considered an asset, along with a strong interest in interior design and home products.
- Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably within a retail, manufacturing, or consumer products environment.
- Strong working knowledge of social media management, graphic design, photography, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and project management abilities.
