Dealer Network Coordinator

We are looking for a process-driven Dealer Network Coordinator who will report to the Network Operations and Dealer Group Manager and who’ll be tasked with managing the day-to-day network changes, and dealer network compliance. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth and elevating the quality of the dealer network. You’ll be at the forefront of evolving the network of the future.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO

Support the sales team with the implementation of action plans related to the optimization of the North American dealer network

Conduct market and performance analysis for our North American dealer network

Manage new dealer’s applications and existing dealer’s buyouts, relocations and structure change files

Manage Dealer termination files, including completing dealer evaluations, providing all information to be presented to the legal department and ensuring legal compliance

Monitoring dealers’ compliance with their obligations

Manage requests (from dealers and the sales team) as well as violations related to the application of the BRP Dealer Agreement or any laws

Manage communications between the sales team and the dealer network regarding compliance of dealer obligations, termination of the business relationship or breach of contract cases

Execute and maintain high quality files by following the network development workflow process

Required

Bachelor’s degree in administration or in any pertinent fields

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively manage time and activities by prioritizing

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with the dealer network

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a variety of individuals and departments.

Proactive and collaborative team player

Required to work onsite in the Sherbrooke, Qc office 50% of the time or the equivalent of 5 days per 2 weeks.
