The role
As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of top-tier clients. You'll work at the intersection of sales, operations, and client experience — keeping clients happy, growing accounts, and making sure every shipment reflects the standard the company is known for.
What your day-to-day will look like
- Own the day-to-day relationship with top clients, acting as their internal advocate and main point of contact
- Grow existing accounts through strong relationship management and a deep understanding of client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate rates, identify carriers, and secure the right equipment for each move
- Build and maintain a core book of business that drives consistent, repeatable revenue
- Keep internal systems updated with accurate sales and volume data throughout the day
- Monitor billing accuracy and flag anything that doesn't add up

The details
- Location: This is a fully in-office position, based in Burnaby and very accessible by transit, in close proximity to the Brentwood Skytrain Station.
- Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 base salary (based on experience), plus a commission structure tied to new business development and account performance (day-one commission eligibility)
- Work environment: 5 days a week in-office. Hours are flexible (7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM).
