Resident Manager Team (Live-In)

Our client is a well-established property management company with over 50 years of history and success. They are looking for a “Live-In” Superintendent or Resident Manager Team to join their organization in a highly sought-after neighbourhood in the GTA.
Compensation
$60,000 – $65,000* plus accommodations and additional perks (combined couple salary).
*The stated compensation range reflects the full scope of the role as currently structured and is provided in accordance with pay transparency requirements. Offers are determined based on relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and alignment with the role’s requirements. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates who fully meet all requirements and qualifications outlined in this posting and the official job description.

Position Description
In this role, you will be responsible for property maintenance, including building mechanical systems, administrative duties and showing of vacant suites.
As the successful candidates, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring tenant requests are fulfilled and dealt with in a timely manner
- Responsible for building maintenance and repairs
- Minor electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs
- Respond to after-hours emergencies
- All administrative duties as required
- Showing of vacant suites as required
Experience
In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you will have:
- Experience as a “Live-In” Building Manager Team within high-rise residential
- Strong communication skills, able to manage client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to think on your feet
