Raise is currently hiring an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to support a large-scale ERP transformation, making this a unique opportunity to work with one of North America's leading energy infrastructure companies. Our client operates across the natural gas, oil, and power industries throughout Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that support the successful delivery and adoption of a multi-year enterprise ERP transformation program. Working closely with executive leadership, project teams, Human Resources, and business stakeholders, this role will lead organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, and change adoption activities to ensure sustainable business outcomes.

The successful candidate will bring extensive experience leading change initiatives for complex enterprise transformations, with the ability to influence leaders, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive organizational adoption across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Organizational Change Management strategies supporting a multi-year ERP implementation.
  • Conduct organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change impact assessments across multiple business units.
  • Develop comprehensive change management plans, including communication strategies, sponsor roadmaps, learning plans, coaching strategies, and resistance management approaches.
  • Partner with executive sponsors, project leaders, and business stakeholders to build organizational commitment and drive successful change adoption.
  • Prepare leaders and subject matter experts to effectively communicate key project updates and organizational changes.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Learning & Development, Talent Management, HR Business Partners, and the Corporate OCM Office to deliver integrated change solutions.
  • Coach project managers, business leads, sponsors, and leadership teams on change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.
  • Identify organizational risks, competing priorities, and adoption barriers while developing mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor change adoption, measure effectiveness of change activities, and recommend improvements to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Develop executive presentations, communication materials, training content, and progress reports for senior leadership.
  • Facilitate sustainment planning to ensure long-term adoption and realization of transformation benefits.
  • Promote organizational change management best practices while contributing to the continuous improvement of corporate OCM methodologies, standards, and tools.
  • Actively participate in the organization's Change Management Community of Practice and champion enterprise-wide adoption of OCM principles.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organization Effectiveness, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of Organizational Change Management experience supporting large-scale enterprise initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading change management activities for complex, multi-year transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of Organizational Change Management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder engagement, executive workshops, and organizational readiness activities.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Operations, or maintenance organizations.
  • Experience with large-scale ERP implementation programs.
  • Experience working within energy, utilities, infrastructure, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Master's degree in a related discipline.
  • Prosci or other recognized Organizational Change Management certification.
  • Experience developing executive communication strategies and leadership engagement plans.
  • Experience working with enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
