Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain light vehicles, trailers, and small equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to prioritize and review repair orders, ensuring timely performance of all repairs.
  • Conduct diagnostics and develop effective repair strategies.
  • Ensure all repairs are completed to high-quality standards before equipment leaves the shop.
  • Perform on-site repairs and services as required.
  • Maintain detailed service reports and documentation to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Adhere to and promote safety procedures in accordance with company standards.

Requirements

  • Journeyman Automotive Service Certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of automotive service experience
  • CVIP Certification is a condition of Employment
  • Experience with heavy equipment is an asset
  • Ability to adapt to flexible working schedules
  • Proficient with computer systems and smart devices, with a willingness to adopt new work order software
  • Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset
  • Self-motivated and able to demonstrate strong work ethics
  • Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license
  • Possession of necessary personal tools for light truck and trailer repairs
