Are you a hands-on QSR leader who's been running area operations and is ready to take the next step? We're conducting a confidential search on behalf of one of Canada's fastest-growing multi-unit restaurant franchisees — a company with 180+ locations nationally and serious momentum. They're building their Quebec leadership team, and they need a District Manager who's done the work, knows the P&L inside out, and is ready to own a market.

About the Role

This is an 8-unit District Manager position covering locations spread across Northern Ontario — from Parry Sound to North Bay to Sault Ste. Marie. You'll report directly to the Director of Operations and oversee a team of Restaurant Managers who expect a leader that shows up, rolls up their sleeves, and drives real results.

This isn't a desk job. You'll be in your restaurants — minimum 75% of your time — coaching managers, assessing operations, and building a culture of excellence. If you thrive on being present, making an impact on the floor, and turning good restaurants into great ones, this role was built for you.

What You'll Own

• Full P&L accountability across your district — you'll know your numbers cold
• KPI execution: sales, labour, food costs, guest satisfaction — all of it
• Building and developing your management bench; you recruit and grow your own talent
• Monthly audits across financials, health & safety, and HR compliance
• Partnering with Restaurant Managers to remove barriers and drive performance
• Supporting rollouts of new processes, promos, and initiatives across your market

The Ideal Candidate

You've been an Area Manager or Area Supervisor in QSR — ideally 2+ years leading multiple locations. You're data-driven but people-focused. You communicate clearly, adapt quickly, and you bring the kind of energy that makes teams want to perform. You might be a current DM leading 3–4 units who's looking to grow into a larger portfolio and a company with real upward trajectory.

What's In It For You

• Base salary up to $80,000
• Operational bonus up to ~$18,000 annually (KPI-based)
• MBO bonus: 5%

Location

Based in Sudbury or North Bay. Must hold a valid driver's licence and be comfortable with regular provincial travel.
