In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Success requires curiosity, strong communication skills, and the ability to work through ambiguity to define problems, evaluate options, and
lead
the delivery of solutions. You will manage a portfolio of IT implementation projects and enhancements while partnering closely with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working.

This position requires full-time on-site presence.
All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, developing an understanding of operational priorities, challenges, and opportunities
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to identify, define, and document business problems and desired outcomes before determining solution options
- Lead the delivery of IT implementation projects and enhancements through all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and expected benefits
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to support successful outcomes
- Implement projects using established project management methodologies, developing and maintaining project plans, stage gates, deliverables, and governance processes to ensure successful delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems, reporting, and automation capabilities , translating ideas into actionable initiatives and enhancements
- Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
- 5+ years of project management and IT experience with demonstrated career progression
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent designation
- Strong relationship-building, leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex business problems, and drive decisions to completion
- An exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
- An influential decision maker with sound judgment and analytical support
