Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities
- Map current and planned directives, concepts, and functional operational concepts into business processes.
- Assess current business processes to identify redundancies and improve efficiency.
- Support the design and development of a program to integrate ISR requirements into the broader program.
- Participate in the design, implementation, and testing of prototype architectures to identify effective solutions for the combat system program.
- Coordinate and conduct research, design, and implementation activities to ensure the program meets program requirements prior to FOC.
- Prepare briefings, papers, and written reports on program development, integration, and implementation.
- Participate in related working groups, meetings, and discussions as required.
- Assist in the planning, preparation, and conduct of discussions, briefs, and meetings for senior management related to combat system program development.
- Help establish, foster, and maintain collaborative relationships with the defence research community and allied ISR personnel.
- Develop and provide updates as requested.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis, including 36 months of experience developing concepts, implementation plans, frameworks, and operational plans related to program development.
- 4+ years of experience developing operational plans and concepts, leading and managing operational support activities, and advising leadership and staff.
- Experience working on senior-level documents such as doctrine, concepts of operations, strategy, and directives related to JISR, Targeting, and Fires.
- Familiarity with recent initiatives related to operational requirements.
