Senior Talent Advisor

Lifemark Health Group

Based in Edmonton or Calgary, Alberta - Remote (must attend monthly meetings and be available for regional travel)

At Lifemark Health Group, we believe exceptional results starts with exceptional people. With over 25 years of service excellence and a national network of clinicians across 370+ clinics, we are a trusted leader in rehabilitation, and we continue to grow.

We’re seeking a S enior Talent Advisor to support clinician recruitment (Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists) across Western Canada. Familiarity with a vast geography including Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba is an asset. This is a high-impact role focused on building pipelines and hiring top clinical talent in a competitive, relationship-driven market.

Your Opportunity

Own and drive recruitment across a diverse and geographically broad region. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and securing high-quality clinicians in a market where talent is limited and relationships matter.

This role is ideal for someone who can balance strategy and execution, proactively building pipelines, and moving roles forward with the support of an experienced and collaborative team. You’ll partner closely with operational leaders, providing market insight and delivering results that directly impact clinic performance and client access to care.

Why You’ll Thrive Here

You’ll be part of a team that values trust, collaboration, and showing up for one another. We’ve built a strong team culture, one where people step in to support, share knowledge, and celebrate wins together.

At the same time, you’ll have the autonomy to own your work. This is a space for self-starters who take initiative, manage their time well, and take pride in delivering results.

If you’re someone who brings both drive and authenticity, who can actively pursue talent while building meaningful, long-term relationships, you’ll fit right in.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
  • Proven success sourcing and placing hard-to-fill roles using proactive, creative strategies
  • Strong understanding of labour market trends and talent supply/demand dynamics
  • Experience recruiting healthcare professionals (Physio/OT) or within regulated environments is a strong asset
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage a high-volume, geographically dispersed portfolio
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and partner with operational leaders
  • A balance of persistence and people-first thinking—you know how to drive hiring outcomes while building trust
  • A collaborative team approach, with a willingness to support peers and contribute to overall team success
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Support & Growth

  • Learn from experienced leaders across the organization, including senior HR and Talent professionals, Learning & Development teams, and Campus Recruitment
  • Take on stretch assignments and special projects to expand your skills and impact
  • Access internal and external training opportunities to support your ongoing professional development

Beyond the Benefits – You can expect

  • Competitive compensation with strong earning potential
  • Flexible health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
  • Paid vacation and wellness days
  • Potential career mobility across 370+ clinics
  • Mentorship and clinical development opportunities at all career stages
